With nearly 20 years of experience, Michelle’s passion is to empower, support, and reach more people affected by hand and arm injuries.
She's now sharing her knowledge online, making hand and arm health accessible to people all over the world. She is the creator of Virtual Hand Care, a YouTube channel where she shares exercise programs and educational videos for people to improve motion, strength, and ultimately reclaim their favorite hobbies and activities.
