Paul Steele is a teacher, copywriter, and the author of Yin Yoga 50+, a book specifically written to help older adults experience the benefits of this slow, gentle form of yoga. His journey into yoga began about 10 years ago when he started attending classes to improve his flexibility. At the age of 63, after injuring his knee in a fitness boxing class, he discovered yin yoga as a way to heal. This discovery led him to pursue a Yoga Alliance teacher training course in Spain, where he gained in-depth knowledge of yin yoga's practices and principles.
