Returns

Our company extends a hassle-free return policy exclusive to our valued customers, allowing returns within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. Regardless of the reason for return, customers are welcome to initiate the process within this timeframe. However, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


*Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for our Holy Cowabunga Cream under any circumstances.


  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is damaged or broken due to manufacturer error.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

                      -Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error                                              

                      -Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior correspondence with us.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance at your cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


For International Orders

Return shipping is paid by the customer for any return reason. International shipping cannot be refunded under any circumstance. Please make sure you know duties and custom fees for your area. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and we are not able to refund international shipping fees if you decide not to pay the required fees for your country.


Due to restrictions imposed by our distributor, certain products are regrettably not available for international shipping. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologize for any disappointment.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take 6-8 weeks to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary. United States shipping, please allow a day for it to ship out and 2-5 days for delivery. 


Please allow additional time during the holidays and busy shipping times. International shipping, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you wish to have your package sooner, please choose priority shipping to receive it within ten days. 


If you have not received your item within the allotted time given your location, please email us at customerservice@bobandbrad.com or call our customer service line at 612-567-3035. Refunds will be given out after the allotted shipping time has lapsed.
