“Brad, I think that we have gained millions of followers for three main reasons. One, our lifetime goal is to help 100 million people. Two, we are totally honest with our followers and we will not recommend a product that we do not truly believe It’s going to help them. Three, we have over 50 years combined experience in treating patients so we know what products and features will help.” - Bob Schrupp

Excellent, this makes a big difference especially when new to pull ups. It is allot more comfortable with the handles that can turn.

I am working through shoulder impingement using Orthopedic surgeon Dr. John M. Kirsch's relaxed hanging technique aka ‘brachial hanging’. This system is very good for static hanging like that...not so much for active pull ups.
