I got this massage gun as I've started to go to the gym recently and I wanted to find something to alleviate the pain of the second day and I must say I'm positively impressed.

The gun comes in a nice fabric box with inside slots for the gun itself and all the inserts and charger cable.

I find it very neat and compact, expexcially for storage!

The gun is charged with USB c, you will only find a cable in the box but no actual charger but it can be hooked to any USB port.

The gun itself feels very sturdy and with quality finishes, has some real weight in it and works really well.

It's difficult to explain the feeling it gives using it but maybe the video will help. You can choose between many inserts and they have specific uses written on the manual. I like the springy one that you can use everywhere.

The motor is super strong as you can see from the video kind like a supersonic hammer.

As for effectiveness I find it helps with pain and soreness, it will not cancel it obviously bu

One of the best massage guns I’ve found for Percussive Therapy. Percussive Therapy increases blood flow, decreases tension, and overrides the pain signals to the brain. The percussive movement is perfect for relieving muscle spasms in different muscle groups. The build quality is solid and the displacement is excellent. The handle is comfortable and easy to hold. Sound level readings are around 55dB on speed level 1 and 58dB on speed level 5. Gear indicator and battery indicator LEDs are blue.

We've had a Bob and Brad massage gun (QL/Mini.Q2-D) for a few years, now, used it again and again, and LOVE it. But when I heard that they came out with a new gun with HEAT and COOL modes, I had to give it a try. This tool has everything we loved about our previous one, but now packing a slightly bigger battery, as well as a separate battery in the heat/cool head. The same other tool massage heads are there, along with a detailed manual with descriptions of how best to use them... and where. While this gun is a bit bigger and a tad heavier than our old one, it is still VERY manageable weight-wise, even for achy arms to use! The speed settings (1-5) are displayed prominently, controls easy to use, and we LOVE the new head (especially with the heat mode).
The quality seems just as high as the prior gun, which has lasted us years with plenty of hours of use. We're looking forward to using this gun for many years to come, and thing it would be a great gift for folks getting old-and-creaky

Overall very impressed with Bob & Brad products. I have the smaller travel sized massage gun and wanted to purchase a bigger one for at home. I noticed that they released a new ice & heat massage gun so I purchased it right away.

What a great product! It is very sturdy and well made. It doesnt feel cheap at all and feels like it will last quite a long time. I've purchased many massage guns from other brands and some have failed within months or some feel quite cheap and wobbly.

The ice and heat works by putting on an attachment head that has cooling / heating mechanics inside the device. Its a small attachment and surprisingly works very well. The heating and cooling function works almost instantly! And you definitely feel the heat and the ice. There are two settings to each of the heat and ice settings if you want it cooler or hotter.

Its nice to have a strong machine that can provide heat when your muscles need that extra warmth. It really helps loosen the muscle and provide a bet

Due to certain mobility issues, I am unable to properly stretch muscles in the thigh. This includes the adductors, hip flexors, and, of course, the quad muscles. The tightness came to a head a couple weeks ago where I was experiencing constant, painful cramping and spasms at night, rendering me unable to sleep. This gun changed all of that. I am the biggest skeptic, so trust me, I'm honestly in disbelief, but it really works. My trigger points are almost all released and the pain has downgraded significantly. I use it multiple times a day, once after exercise and once before bed. Bob and Brad, you guys have helped me yet again. Thank you. Truly.
